- Live sessions may be recorded for participants; access duration may vary by course and is communicated at purchase.
- We may update course materials to improve accuracy, clarity, or quality without obligation to maintain legacy versions.
Some courses may include safety guidance regarding aroma chemicals and allergens; you remain responsible for safe handling, labeling, storage, and compliance with local regulations.
4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds Toggle section
Prices, taxes, currency, and billing cadence (if applicable) are shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the selected payment method.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once course access begins or downloadable materials are delivered.
- Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in immediate suspension of access while the dispute is investigated.
- Local consumer laws may grant additional rights; where such laws apply, those rights are not waived.
If a course is canceled by us, you will receive a reasonable remedy such as rescheduling, credit, or refund depending on circumstances.
5. Acceptable Use and Conduct Toggle section
You agree not to misuse the services, disrupt learning environments, harass others, or infringe intellectual property.
- No unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access that degrades performance.

We may remove content or restrict access for violations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tideora Perfumery Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months preceding the event.
